because the "lightning" diets don't work?


Many experts will tell you that "diets don't work", and then put you on a diet! The truth

be told, diets if they work... at least partially. Let me explain myself.

There are all kinds of diets out there that cause weight loss. Low carbohydrate, low

in fat, low in calories. The diet of grapefruit, the diet of lemonade, etc. I could go on and
